Although my practice is primarily informed by Humanistic and Depth Psychology I also draw from many other schools of psychology such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Developmental psychology and even methods such as meditation from Western and Eastern Spiritual Practices.
Therapy is designed individually to meet your needs to integrate all aspects of you, as an individual. I use different treatment methods at various stages in your therapy. I also suggest outside resources such as referrals to other professionals to help address change on all levels of your being at the appropriate stage
that you're at in your life.
